Hi, I'm an established 2+2er and live grinder with a PG&C in which I went over $100k last year.

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...inder-1333131/

Primary games are 2/5nl, 2/5nl deep stack ($2.5k max buy-in), 5/Tnl, 10/20nl, and 10/25nl.

I'm looking to sell 25% of my action for $10k from November 1st 2014 until Feb 1st, 2016 with 100% makeup.

This includes all my cash game, tournament, and online action (though I don't play much online since Black Friday, I merely include this to be complete).

I would prefer to sell all my action to 1 or 2 backers, but the door is open for anyone who wants to buy a share. I'm only selling 25%

1.25% at $500
2.5% at $1k
5% at $2k
10% at $4k
25% at $10k

Again, this is all inclusive for everything-- Live cash games and Tournaments so your shares will freeroll you into any and all tournaments I play during this period: WPT, WSOP, HPT, etc.

All terms of course will be in writing.

Similarly, this effort will be reported and tracked in my PG&C (blog)

thanks

I'm accepting

Bank Wire Transfer
Old School Cashier's Check (certified mail)

I had a huge problem with paypal and don't like to use them for anything serious.

Also, I outline more details of this in my PG&C thread

In a nutshell, majority of my play will be cash game play, about an 80/20 split between cash games and tournaments which I think is a good ratio.

Payments will be made monthly splitting the profits up for that month and then we reset.

What I've done is I've projected out a ROI of 0% which will serve as the baseline for the Makeup, so profit sharing will start there. Payments will be cumulative. So as long as I'm ahead of the Makeup on a cumulative basis, profit sharing is 75/25. However, if I fall behind the makeup then next profit sharing will be allocated to the backers until I'm out of Makeup.

I've also projected out a 100% ROI as another baseline and I will be graphing my bankroll against that 100% ROI. I had also done a 200% ROI but then the chart got crowded with too many lines so I decided to just drop that one. My goal obviously is to grow the giraffe way beyond the ROI baselines.

Here is what a projection would look like

thanks, yes, I will be posting results here since I'm sure many will be curious.

Terms and conditions:

• I will play a minimum of 320 hrs per month
• I will track all sessions using PokerDominator.com
...o Will provide backers with screenname and password
• I will provide bi-monthly updates/reports to backers
...o Weekly upon request.
• I will notify backers of all my tournament activities to include: date, time, location, entry fees.
...o I will keep all tournament records to include receipts and entry fees
• I will retain First Rights of Refusal in the event a backer wishes to sell his share
• Backers will have First Rights of Refusal in the event I sell tournament action
...o 75/25 (Backee/Backer) split would still apply to my portion of the tournament
...o If someone else bought my $10k WSOP ME seat for a 30/70 split no makeup then backers would receive 25% of my 30% share
• I will be the principle in deciding games and tournaments I play in
...o Backer opinions, advice, and suggestions will be appreciated and considered
• I will adhere to standard bankroll management for cash game and tournament play
• Exceptions to standard bankroll management: Shot taking and High Buy in tournaments:
...o For “shot taking”, I will only take shots during weeks of extreme positive variance when up over $6k+ for that week (as described in page 1 in my PG&C)
...o For high buy-in tournaments, I will set criteria for a “mini challenge” in which profits for the duration of the challenge must exceed 2 x the tournament buy-in on top of normal expected earnings.
...... Basically, I can only buy-in to high buy-in tournaments if there is no risk to my bankroll and I essentially made “enough” to play it with no risk.
...o I will maintain a separate “side roll” for shot taking and high buy-in tournaments using a portion of the profits from shot taking or tournament earnings once they accrue
• Payments to backers will occur when either of the following conditions have been met
...o Payments will be made on a monthly basis, all profits will be split between myself and shareholders then we reset to 0 for the next month. Rinse and repeat until Feb 1st, 2016.
...o Payments will be made the next business day after any win over $10k that does NOT occur during a significant downswing (defined as- 5 BI swing over 7 sessions)
...o Payments will be made the next business day of any tournament profit in excess of $5k
...... All other tournament profits will fold into profit/loss for the month
...... Tournament profits will be split 75/25
...... Note: Tournament win minus entry fees = Tournament profit
...o Final payment will be made 1st February 2016.
...o Backers may elect to “cash out” at any time selling their percentage back to me
• The initial stake and ROI of 0% represents the Makeup baseline which will serve as the benchmark for monthly payments (see example graph).
...o As long as bankroll and cumulative payments are in excess of the projected Makeup baseline then profit sharing will be at a 75/25 split (Backee/Backer) for the respective monthly period.
...o If bankroll and cumulative payments are beneath the baseline then Backee is in “Makeup” and profits from the next period will go towards Makeup until Backee is no longer in Makeup.
...... Once out of Makeup profit sharing will resume at a 75/25 split.
...... If Bankroll drops below $6k, Makeup is suspended until Backee grinds up to $8k
• Each party is responsible for applicable state and federal taxes
• During this venture I will be allowed to take 30 days off for vacation time
• In the event of the death of an immediate family member (mother, father, brother, or sister), payment for the current month will be suspended 30 days and the timeframe of this venture will auto extend 30 days.
...o Will provide death certificate as proof
• In the event of a severe accident requiring hospitalization, venture will be suspended until I’m able to resume play. The venture will auto extend by the amount of days required for my recovery.
...o Will provide proof.
• I agree to be liable for $5k per 1% share in the event that I try to circumvent this agreement or withhold winnings due to backers.

Sorry, there is a mistake in my terms.

Minimum hours is supposed to be 160hrs not 320hrs, I accidentally doubled the hours.

I have 2.5% action left
