8+ Year Poker Professional Seeking Live NLHE Cash Stake (Northeast, Foxwoods)

My name is Jonathan Lewis, a professional poker play for the better part of the last 8 years. I am interested in finding an investor(s) for part-time live NLHE cash games in the Northeast area, primarily Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos. Provided below are a summary of my poker career and credentials, why I am interested in a stake, and an initial write up of terms. Most relevant to this stake is that I spent from January of 2013 to January of 2014 playing live cash in the northeast, primarily 2/5 and 5/10 at Foxwoods. Over 960 recorded hours, 119 sessions, at 2/5, 5/10 and a handful of 10/20 sessions I made +45199 for an overall hourly of 47.07. A spreadsheet of a complete list of my sessions is available to be shared if desired.
I have been a full time/part time pro specializing in a variety of games ranging from Limit Holdem (2005-2007), Multi and single table midstakes SNGs (2007-2008), mid stakes online MTTs (2008-2009), to live cash, rush poker cash/mtt sngs, (2009-2011, 2013-Current).
While I haven't ever been particularly active in the 2p2 community, I have sold shares of live tournaments twice before-

Throughout my time in the poker world I've pretty much kept a low profile and kept to myself but I don't think anyone who has crossed paths would have anything negative to say about my character, work ethic, or abilities. Why am I interested in a stake?
Over the past year+, In an attempt to not be reliant on poker for my income, I have been involved in starting up an internet based game and hobby collectibles business (MtgTitan.com, we specialize in magic the gathering cards). This has been fantastic and I really do enjoy it. The business has grown to the point of churning out enough for bills and living expenses for myself plus a little bit to grow. I would be in no rush to collect winnings from a poker stake. I now have the time available to add live poker 15-20hrs a week to my schedule. However, it currently is too much for me to balance having so much invested in inventory and other business costs while maintaining a comfortable poker bankroll.
What terms am I interested in?
I'll be thrilled to listen to all offers but primarily I am looking for one of the following.
A. A 50/50 2-5 up to 5-10 nlhe stake with 1 backer. All sessions will be tracked on my phone. Play will be primarily All funds will be kept in my safety deposit box in the foxwoods poker room in chip or cash form, only to leave for purposes of payouts or agreed upon play elsewhere.
B. A 70/30 in my favor stake for 2-5 nlhe only, with 1 backer. All sessions will be tracked on my phone. Play will be primarily All funds will be kept in my safety deposit box in the foxwoods poker room in chip or cash form, only to leave for purposes of payouts or agreed upon play elsewhere.
C. A 20,000 dollar fund sold in pieces for play up to the 5-10 level. Profits will be split 50/50 amongst shareholders and myself. I'd be willing to purchase a 10 percent share myself. All sessions will be tracked on my phone. Play will be primarily All funds will be kept in my safety deposit box in the foxwoods poker room in chip or cash form, only to leave for purposes of payouts or agreed upon play elsewhere.
D. A 7,500 dollar fund sold in pieces for play up to the 2-5 level. Profits will be split 70/30 amongst shareholders and myself. I'd be willing to purchase a 10 percent share myself.
