Hello, I have played professionally for more than 7 years and my sn is Nevarteikt on Stars. I was Supernova Elite in 2010 playing mostly Omaha hi/low cash games and some PLO. Before 2010 I mostly played Sng's with good results.

Currently I am at 160k VPP's and my proposed deal is that I get 1600$ to play PLO8/NLO8 cash games (up to NL100) and as soon as I hit 200k milestone I pay back 2600$ (1k$ profit to backer). It shouldn't take more than 25 days as I am ready to put in many hours and I will provide daily updates via Skype. After that I am going for SNE this year no matter what it takes.

I am open to different conditions and maybe long term staking deal and we can make a good profit together.

What happens if you bust the stake? Got references?

It is really hard to bust 1,6k playing PL/NL100 and I don't think I ever had such a big DS in that limit. Since 80%-90% of my play will be PL/NL50 it's next to impossible to bust it. But you can never rule that out and if it does happen I will still pay back 2.6k$ as soon as I hit 200k vpps.
Unfortunately I don't have any references since I have never been staked before but every O8 reg knows me as I have been playing for years with them.

I am talking about PLO8 here and I do want 1600$ stake. Not always things in life goes as planned.

I decided to stake Nevarteikt (pokerstars) and we are currently in a dispute regarding how he used the funds I sent. While I am hopeful this is rectified tomorrow there is a chance he has taken the money for his own personal use. Will be giving a full report tomorrow, I have already given him a week to return my funds and this has not occured yet" I do have all his personal information but he has promised me tomorrow but this was supposed to be done last week

Yeah this didn't look good from the start...

First of all he staked me for 500$ and it wasn't casual stake but loan and we agreed that I would pay him back 1k$ when I hit 200k milestone. I did pretty good and cashed out some but my BR never was less than 1K. Then I played when i was sick for couple of days and went on a ~1k DS and busted my roll. At this point i had made around 20k Vpps and had like 16K to go.
I told him about that and he thought that i cashed out all that money but he could clearly see in my graph that i had 1k DS. He said it was ok to cash out but don't touch that initial 500$, but as I said I never had less than 1k in my acc. Then he said that it is not normal to cash out stake money (before he said I could and this wasn't a casual stake) and says that our deal is over and I have to return 500$ or his partner ( who he is talking all the time) is going to post my personal details right away. Obv I think it is not fair at all but we agree that i would return his money within 72h. I was able to return only 250$ by then and asked for a little bit more time and returned another 150$ ~1 week and last 100$ in next day (today).
I feel like only thing I did wrong is that I didn't return his 500$ in 72h, but he was the one who terminated the deal. So if he decided to post something, he should have made all details clear, not just make a random post, so everyone thinks I am a scammer.

Some money was also transferred to another stars account. Your account of the situation is not accurate and only after pressuring you did you send back the money. You also failed to update the docs. Put it this way, it was a poor decision to work with you but its over and no hard feelings but do not act like a victim you did just about everything wrong that someone who is staked should do. You seem to be a good player so maybe someone else will stake you but it will not be me. You should learn from this if you truly want a stake.
