$1/2 and $2/4 NL online winner looking for live stake

Hello,
I am currently looking for live staking for $2/5 or (preferably) $5/10 NL games. I played online professionally from the end of 2007 until the beginning of 2010, before getting burned out on the online game and getting into a different line of work. I took a small online stake to play occasionally towards the end of 2010, as I missed the game, but I was not able to put in the hours I wanted to due to my job and didn't really end up playing much at all. That being said, I still talk poker regularly with an MSNL regular or two and enjoy theoretical discussion about the game a great deal (on that note, I have also done some coaching in the past).
Anyway, I've been playing a bit live and have enjoyed it tremendously, but would like to play higher and, obviously, make more money. Here are my $1/2 and $2/4 NL graphs up through the middle of 2009 (which account for about 95% of my online, NLHE, play):

As far as my live play goes, I've logged at least 750-1000 hours of live play, with 50% of that being 5/10, a bit being 10/20, and a bit being tournaments, PLO, and lower stakes. I'd estimate I'm up a significant amount overall. I have no qualms about live backing as well, as I have played some of that 5/10 and 10/20 with only 50% of myself. I played the WSOP ME and two other WSOP tournaments in 2009 along with an LAPT event in the fall. I was staked for the WSOP ME in full and sold a percentage for the smaller events. I'm sure people who posted in that thread or that have staked me or what have you would be willing to vouch for my responsibility, professionalism, and reliability--all certainly vital traits to someone being staked for live games.
I currently live in New York City and have a part time job. My job enables me to travel a fair amount and I should be able to put in a fair amount of hours at any of the nearby casinos (Foxwoods, Borgata, etc.).
