Problem - PokerStars Popup Table When User Action Required

I updated my PS software about a week and half ago and since then there is something really buggy with the popup table for user action option in advanced multi table options.
I play my SNG's in a stack in the top left of my monitor, and this option has always worked flawlessly. Since about two weeks ago however, a table will pop to the front like its supposed to, but then magically a table I already aced on previously will pop in front of it and I'll have to go in search of the correct table that just got hidden.
Does anyone else experience this at all?
