LEGGOPOKER ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION!

On November 17, 2008, LeggoPoker will officially be one year old. In celebration, we are doing something completely unprecedented in the poker training industry: giving members a guaranteed chance to become a pro!

LEGGOPOKER PRO CONTEST

Do you have what it takes to be the next LeggoPoker superstar? Prove it in this unique opportunity to join the most elite group of poker coaches on the web. Over the next month we will be accepting sample videos from LeggoPoker members, and the only eligibility requirement for this contest is being a FREE LeggoPoker member.

CONTEST PRIZES

1. The first prize video producer will be featured on LeggoPoker as a Pro, and will receive a free lifetime membership.
2. Second prize will be a free one year membership to LeggoPoker.
3. Third through fifth place will receive a free Leggo poker gear prize pack.

VIDEO GUIDELINES

- Videos should be produced in a .WMV format
- Videos should be approximately 20-30 minutes in length.
- Play on between one to four tables.
- Real time, pause/record, or power point presentations are all acceptable formats.
- High video and audio quality is required.

Does that mean you get hired and will become a real Leggo Pro and make videos every month etc.?

Correct! An offer will be made to the winner after the winner is announced.

I'm going to post about this in my blog, but this is just a good opportunity for anyone. I'm personally going to be looking at a lot of these videos, so there's no reason to not have a bunch of high stakes players and good coaches taking a look at you playing- whether we decide we want to use your video for as the winner of our contest, for a sweat video, or even because we see something that makes us want to bring you on as our protege (obviously not making any guarantees, I don't need a protege, just pointing out that being noticed can never be bad).

Tickner or Matt, could we get some size, dimensions other information to record with Camtasia so it looks/translates best for you guys? Wouldn't want to record a video that is too small/too big and have bad resolution for those judging.

As a general rule, we want the highest quality video possible. Sacrifice file size for video quality. Audio quality is very important as well.

We are going to post a guide here for you within the next day or so that will have all the information you need. We will also be it sending via email to all members.

Vitas, our tech guy, has put together a great tutorial for anyone without Camtasia experience. It will be a great resource for anyone that ever wants to make a video. The Leggo Camtasia Tutorial will let you know exactly what we need and how to deliver it.
