I earned over 10,000 points on FTP last month and

a) the CR site is telling me I earned less than half of that
b) I can't access any videos anyway

Garrett Gardner from customer support gave me a fix, changed my login name and it still doesn't work.

Hey guys... u seem busy answering all this ... I dont want to give u another headache I am sure all this takes time... whenever u can if u can answer me this: Before I could tell what videos I watched before or not because it said the date in which I watched them. Is there such thing now?? I did not see.. I had to open the vid and check if I had put notes after the rating I gave each vid etc... Please let me know if this is possible or non existent anymore... This is not something we implemented but we are getting a lot of requests to bring back.

Can you please email support@cardrunners.com with your CR ID, the issue, and the last four of the credit card that we bill? We have 2 people working the inbox now so a reply should be fairly quick.

When you do a search you can chose by a few options like coaches name, game type, etc etc by clicking the boxes...however I have tried the section for Micro/Low/Medium/High stakes and none of the boxes allow you to make a check into them. Is this an error, or am I doing something wrong?

Also...to add a video to your " My Favorites " section, is there a way to just automatically add all the videos that meet a specific criteria all in one shot rather than having to go to each video and tag them?

Ex..if I pull up an instructor and he has done videos for 10Nl, 25NL, 50NL, 100NL etc, is there a way I can just go in and add his 50NL videos to my favorites with just one click?

Also, like the other poster mentioned, I think it would be great if you would bring back the part of the site that allows us to know if we have watched a specific video in the past by showing the viewing date, not sure why this was omitted, but I think its something that should have never been removed.

Another things I just noticed...on the Main Media page when you pull up the videos, is there a way to have it show from a glance at the screen exactly what level stake wise the game listed is. Right now it will say instructors name, and list if its NL, and which type ( like a live session or classroom video ) and the date it was released, but you have to hover over it to read more specific details, and I would think you should have the stake limit listed as well without having to make that hovering move over the video name. If a game is NL 100, NL 200, Limit 100 it should say that right next to the game type in my opinion like it did on the original sites main menu.

Add me to the list that would like to see this feature back.

We will have that up and running in the next couple of days. We had a goof on our tagging system we caught right at launch.
