Nah I’m pretty sure they were live. Their voices aren’t that bad, if you exclude Posh.

They also performed one of the songs naked. I mean, they probably weren’t really naked. They were sat behind backwards chairs to hide the good bits, and they appeared naked.

8 year old me was impressed.
