I just bought a lock picking set. Just figured I’d add another little hobby to my list. They’re only cheap. Delivery price was like the same as the cost of the damn item though. Must be coming from Mars!

That’s cool, and thanks! Unfortunately I already ordered a set, so your advice is too late. I’m not too worried though, I suspected they could be crap because of the price, but it’ll be ok as a beginner practice set.

I’ll happily take YouTube recommendations, I’ve only watched the lock picking lawyer.

that's how i started too. then buying new locks. master locks are pretty much a joke, but great to start on. one of the best things i did too, was buy a hobby vice to clamp the lock in.
