Damn these are some nice views at a ridic low price compared to here. Is your place gonna have a seaside view overlooking the construction zone? Seems like the traffic would be pretty loud, so get up high to cut down on flooding and noise. I want to post pics but there are so few apartments for sale on the prom that I'd probably end up doxxing you
