A couple of years ago I was having bad anxiety, not to the scale of panic attacks, but at night it would feel like somebody was standing on my chest and I couldn’t breathe. Then I’d stress about going to sleep, so it got worse, then it started happening in the day. For like 3 months I was just constantly out of breathe and tired and stressed. So yes, I empathise! Hopefully you’re able to figure things out and de-stress.
