wisski, I did 2 jobs in Odessa yesterday, and I think I'm gonna move someplace like that.

one place was this unreal picturesque, ten-acre plot. This old lady had been there for 40 years, and with the help of her daughter, maintained a little slice of heaven.

lol she lamented her new neighbors, though, even there. They literally built a circular race track in their front yard for go-karts or dirt bikes or something. I should've photographed it

Ya,this heat means my grass is getting out of control... I've lived on the 18 acres for 8 years and done **** all with it...I think I'm downsizing to about 4-5 acres and surrounded by forest not crop land

Made an offer on a place in town with .8 acres right on the river, nice mature trees in the back yard. He wanted 175, I offered 125 cause it's a total gut job... He won't take my money
