REM is a good band. I only know them at a superficial level and their hits, but I bet there's some nice obscure tracks to be found.

Also pretty such these are supposed to be sweeps not slides. She only sweeps the first one.

Your man ****s it up as well. Here's how it's done. One of my all-time favorite licks

woot woot

that Alex5000 is a total showman - puts his hand on the back of his hat to embellish the feeling, and those pointing gestures like Vai does to parallel raising or lowering the pitch via the tremolo Goat

Vai does a bit more of that frantic-type combining of sweeps and slides in his solo work. It's a technique that's pretty unique to him. It's cool, but meh imo.. he's searching for magic, but hasn't found it through that particular device yet.

"'I'm not equal to an hour of American television time,' he said modestly."

Gambale is Goat. Did I ever share the video of Beato and Gambale at NAMM or in L.A. or something lol?

so f-in killer.. Frank spontaneously plays and sings part of a Police tune, demonstrating how uncommon chords are often more pleasant (punk rock offers more power, and less pleasure err lmao) to the ear than bullsh*t, novice-level standard stuff. I'll go find it and link to it in edit.

Single-dose efficacy is on par with the original Zostavax, which was ****. Don't know how that steaming pile got approved but I wasn't around for that. Then again, 50% efficacy is better than none. Those who have had shingles already still benefit from the vaccine. I know several people who have had multiple bouts of shingles. One was 29 and had already had three recurrences.

Get the shot.

I think 10% who get shingles get it again, but not sure how that % compares to how many get it in the first place. I see no research indicating the vax works for > 5 years so maybe I'll just do it again later ( suspect it probably does last longer than 5 years but they just haven't done any studies, which may also be the case regarding the six-month window for the second shot?)..

Anyway, there is currently a 0% chance of me entering a grocery store or pharmacy, or medical office unless I need immediate medical attention, before a vaccine is available. Can't be long now. China has already approved one for use on their soldiers (ie the soldiers are being used as the stage 3 trial group)
