brah. they season we are only getting electric cars now is the oil industry. why do you think we still burning coal? it's ****ing 2020 we can sort it out if we wanted.

also please watch Chernobyl and then please come back to me about nuclear. i ain't living in a country with one of those death traps.
dude, chernobyl took crazy liberties, i can't engage with someone in a rational discussion using a tv show as their primary info source

and no, you can't simply slap some engineers here or there and replace 50% of all energy production

besides if we started the transition today and put unlimited budget to it then it would still take at least a decade to build all the infrastructure

billionaires: great. i mean, we can't pay you. well i don't want to because getting all the money and ****ing over everyone else is my whole thing

rickroll et al: we don't care, we just want to be bad guys because we learned about life from tv
why is being a billionaire and pointing out it's not feasible to just drop coal overnight mutually exclusive

it's a silly argument either way, billionaires are going to dominate engergy production regardless of how it is created

i'm not pro coal by any means, just pointing out the reality of this world

Large parts of Europe are doing just fine without coal. Sure, we largely moved to gas instead, but the overall percentage renewable is going up an up. And don’t tell me nuclear can’t be in the picture, France has been doing it for years, the vast majority of their electricity is from nuclear.

Oh man, we are so going to jebait him in to it, I can feel it!

i'm just saying you're supporting the existing power structure for no benefit to yourself and also the environment gets ****ed worse than if nothing is done, regulation-wise

nowhere did i support coal, i simply explained what barriers are in place keeping it from being phased out in a quick manner

i suggest you reread what i wrote, you're way too emotional about this

our Buyer and I are so grateful for your Sellers' kindness to allow us to tour so late in the day on there Saturday evening! Buyer and I both loved the home and the entire property will work perfectly for Buyer. What great care Sellers have given this beautiful home! Buyer is Pre-approved and Strong. She and her family are repeat clients of Mike Fink and myself. She will be letting Mike and I know how to proceed tomorrow after church, so do not be surprised if you receive an emailed offer sometime mid to late afternoon

Nice, congrats on a possible sale!

Thanks, I think we'll end up with multiple interested parties... Should have asked for more.

Do any of you solar proponents actually own panels? Cause I'm guessing you own fossil fuel consuming equipment, and that'd be a start... It should have been very self evident that when oil price crashed it was because people stopped using it. I mean stopping the huge subsidies flowing towards exploration and growth would help too, but expecting people with power and influence to give it up is antithetical to accumulating it in the first place.

I don’t get to choose where my electricity comes from, we have one supplier. I’m renting my apartment, so I can’t put solar panels anywhere. All I can do is vote for people who claim to care about the environment. Unfortunately since this is such a tiny place, even that doesn’t do much, but every little helps.

Excuses, have you asked your electrical supplier if he could contract you renewable sources, or maybe your landlord?

People assume you're happy with earth raping petroleum and fossils because they don't hear otherwise.

So there’s this bit, it’s in either a comedy show, or comedy movie. A guy who in my memory kind of reminds me of a Paul Rudd type. He’s kind of a little upset/angry, and he’s on the phone to somebody else. He’s standing by a dude who is kind of a random, but he’s talking about the dude. He says something to the effect of “he’s rocking -insert some type of clothing, but he makes it work..” the way he delivers the line always makes me laugh, but I can’t remember who it is or what it’s from. Thoughts..?

I don’t think you understand, the government run it, but yes, I guess I could complain to the energy department directly, as well as vote.

And let's be honest is coal really the problem anymore? In the UK it doesn't seem to be...

06-07-2020 , 11:03 AM
I don’t think I said it was :/ ??
06-07-2020 , 11:08 AM
I think it’s definitely a white guy, and I’m leaning towards it being a movie, because I feel like I’d remember the tv show.

Please respond. Maybe it's just that I'm on my phone, but it looks like your garage opens on to an abyss of some type.

By listing low and multiple Interested buyers, any chance get bidding war? Here it's a common strategy to list under market value and end up selling for 100k+ above asking

I prefer to call it a hill, but I see that perspective now, my house is like 15-20 ft above the county road so it's basically a mountain for this region of trumps america

I didn't think I was listing low, but if they gonna bid, I'll take their money... The house shows well apparently.

Mark ruffalo?

My guess is it's a local Isle of Mann production.

The director calls himself the local Tarantino. he has a goatee and favors his right leg.
