It's about time for a 2 year bump.

NEW STORY TIME!

about six months ago I was visiting my favorite dating site, and was able to obtain a lovely young lady for a date. we talked for a few days via text and I got the sense that she was a little... scatterbrained. I'm cool with that.

I pick her up and we go to a nice restaurant. We continue to talk and enjoy our meal, then she says "I have a confession". Oh great. Husband? Is really a dude? Is really a hooker? Nope.

She has schizophrenia. I'm a nice guy but I know my face kinda twisted up a bit She assures me that she has full control and is on medication for treatment. I'm like cool, and we change the subject.

25 minutes later we are finishing our dessert when she stops talking abruptly. She looks away, then takes a butter knife and starts twirling it around in her hand. I ask her what's wrong, and she retorts by slamming the butter knife down on my hand. She starts screaming " I know what you did, you ****ing *******!" wile she keeps hitting me with the butter knife.

I get up and quickly remove the knife from her hand, then she starts swinging. By this time, The cops have arrived and are removing her from the restaurant. I give them my info and they ask what had happened. I don't press charges, but the restaurant did due to the fact that on her way out she had destroyed a painting hanging on a wall.

I really should look for better dating options. She's attempted to contact me a couple of times since then, obviously not second date material. This was one of the most insane dates I've ever had.
