Work is undergoing a "re-alignment" of our department. The guy I am friends with is being promoted to director, while I get moved to report to someone who reports to him. Not sure if I should make a fuss to try and fight for a higher up roll. Or just complain until they pay me more.

Googling aorn, but does anybody have experience with a dog that nips?

My small dog was in my lap and my toddler was petting her. She pinched her fur and the dog bit her hand. Did not break the skin, but left a mark. Teaching toddler is not possible answer. Dog needs to run away and has many safe toddler free places to be.
