tbh i don't even post here anymore and i don't remember what the hard feelings were about. regardless, i recognize that it must be very hard to lose a family member. i wouldn't wish for anybody to have to go through with that, and hope u have the support u need from brother etc.

becoming introspective is pretty normal afaik. if it helps you to a better place, the good on you. don't let it drag you down like it did me.
