Totally depends on what kind of fun you're looking for. Orlando--great family stuff/amusement parks. (was there last week myself--had a blast at Epcot)

Key West far more adult/drinking fun time.

If you want to drink & be up til 3 am partying--Key West. Otherwise Orlando.

A MUST DO: visit Key West during one of their major events--Fantasy Fest during Halloween or New Years Eve. Nothing like it, so much madness.
