I'd love to have a few acres in the middle of nowhere. I'd even live in a caravan like a pikey. Having no noisy neighbours and no traffic would be sweet as.

I'd like to live on about 10-20 acres. The home my parents bought when I was a teenager had an acre of vegetable gardens, an acre of mature fruit trees and a few acres of house, lawn, pools, gazebo, decks, etc. It was still close enough to actually know, but not hear, your neighbours on all sides. Further, it was 7 minutes drive from downtown in good traffic.

That seems pretty perfect to me.

18 acres, neighbors within 1/4 mile but I can still kill someone in my garage and hey wouldn't hear it. The really nice thing is being 20 mins from amenities, all of them. Again, just confirming I've made it.

Tonight is my business class flight to Amsterdam for 3 days of meetings. Still not sure if it's a trap, the company spent 11k on my ticket alone. I feel like I need to be the whistle blower to the owner of the company. But it's too late, I should have said something immediately
