That's why I don't play cash games. Your mood basically correlates to whether or not your last session was a winning session, which means even if you're a winning player you're depressed almost half the time.

I used to do a really good job disassociating myself from that. Ironically when I started to play lower stakes it bothered me more.

Yeah, I think that's the key. Because of that I have no feeling of expecting/deserving to win. Losing a tournament buy-in feels totally meh to me.
