But no, you're assuming that I would want to search for a deeper darker meaning because I said someone contacting me over face book for a date would be creepy. Really, though, if I wasn't creeped out, remembered the guy and thought he was cute and wanted to get to know him better AND we had a mutual friend? I'd just want to know more about him in the "getting to know him" phase, and thus would ask people who knew him stuff about him... does that make sense?
You were never in school and, like, found out someone liked you so you went to a mutual friend and asked them about the guy just so you could know if he'd be worth getting to know?

yea it sounded like you'd be freaked out if a guy contacted you by having mutual 'friends'. out of curiosity i prolly would, but out of suspision not really.
