Marinade for ~24 hours in Italian dressing then tossed some std McCormick seasonings on it, then right on the grill. I used to be paranoid about food born illness so I'd cook all my steaks well done, but now I cook them pretty rare. Still definitely no expert I hardly know what I'm doing most of the time.
