Buy a new laptop. I have the same problem, but my sister has a brand new one and the screen is ****ing sick. Or maybe get a dark umbrella and cover it.

Maybe it is just because it is super sunny today. Are you sure it's the screen and not your eyes? Put sunglasses on. That maybe super stupid but I know I struggle to see things like a book when its really sunny.
