Slow cooker is more mandatory than a toaster imo.

Grill > Stove >>> Slow Cooker > Toaster Oven >>> Microwave >>> Toaster.

toaster ovens are like small electric ovens that are on the counter-top. I'm not sure how standard they are outside of the US, but I would guess not very.
