Well yes, but not so much about this as you're thinking. The mobi style is the most hacked together, complicated style we have. The original version from vbulletin.org was so damn bugged and missing features... I worked for like a month on individual requests to make it actually usable for people. At this point the code barely registers as what I downloaded.

Once I finished everyone was super happy.

Then a few months passed, and every once in a while someone who didn't follow that at all makes a comment about how it's just oh so horrible. And I know they have no idea what it took to even get it to the level it's at now, nor did they speak up when I was actually doing all the work on it.

But in the end everyone wants everything, of course, and I understand that. This is why I'm working on a new mobile style. If vbulletin was better about mobile to begin with it wouldn't even be a big deal. Unfortunately you have to change pretty much everything to get it right.
