Yesterday I did:
Bench 130 3 sets of 5
Shoulder press 65 3 sets of 5
Lateral raises 15 pounds 3 sets of 8
skull crushers 15 pounds 3 sets of 8
then I did like 3 negative pull ups
tomorrow I guess I'll work do bench, deadlift, squats with some supplemental vanity stuff.
