Someone show me a picture of the ideal leg physique. All these superheroes have chicken legs, but I don't want giant stubby legs. Plus, I think calves are mainly genetic so they probably aren't gonna get much bigger.

My dad has beautiful calves but I don't think he's done a squat in his life maybe he got them from skiing I dunno

Calves are genetic but if you work them every day, like abs, you will see gains.

Do them. Every day. Find a mid-range weight that you can do tons of sets at, you will improve.

Legs suck ****in balls. Do tons of squats, hamstring isolation, and blow your quads up. They're do what they're capable of and you will have zero say.

Yesterday I did:

Bench 130 3 sets of 5
Shoulder press 65 3 sets of 5
Lateral raises 15 pounds 3 sets of 8
skull crushers 15 pounds 3 sets of 8

then I did like 3 negative pull ups

tomorrow I guess I'll work do bench, deadlift, squats with some supplemental vanity stuff.

came second twice tonight and I'm not that good of a player at all!

i also went to the gym and I've only put on 1k with 2 nights of heavy drinking!

pretty proud. going to be under 100kgs soon! gym workout was SICK too... a good hottie down there.

It's probably a good idea to give up drinking if you are over 100kg (unless you are 6'4+)
