after you typed this the owner of all the US supermarket tabloid magazines just got immunity to testify as part of the scheme that the president's long-time personal lawyer pleaded guilty to crimes worth 3-5 years in while implicating the president under oath as an unindicted co-conspirator, all while publicly proclaiming, "i don't want a pardon from this scumbag, i'm going to tell the whole truth and i know what the president's son did in that secret meeting with russian spies in trump tower before the election"

trump's official response in a videotaped sit-down interview with a friendly reporter was that he, donald trump, not a lawyer, learned from watching some tv shows that what his ex-lawyer pleaded guilty to in court the day before weren't actually crimes at all. however, trump's ex-lawyer, who is a lawyer, also has his own lawyer for this case, and they seem to feel that those were crimes, because they're accepting 3-5 years in prison as part of the plea.

so who knows! maybe total and complete delusion and lying will win the day. it has so far for him, he's the biggest fish on the biggest heater of all time and i just know he's gonna come crashing down any moment and i can't look away

This is the best reality tv show ever. Way better than The Apprentice.

I don't know though, I just have this horrible feeling he'll just keep denying it and he'll somehow keep getting away with it.

i obviously hope he doesn't just get away with committing real crimes but it's prob like 50/50. but for sure he'll deny til he dies, that's just who he is. when saddam hussein was put on trial they had to put him in a soundproof box because he kept standing up and shouting at the judge and the guards like, "i'm the ****ing president, you can't DO this ****! guards! arrest this man!"

even when saddam was at the gallows the video was choppy but i'm pretty sure he was still like, "you guys are gonna be sorry! you better not!"
