So if I bought 12 different houses all in the 150,000$ range then just went from place to place renting out the 11 I’m not in through AirBnb could I realize enough cash flow to not do much else?

I realize it depends on the cities I get these places and their occupancy rates, but 150$ a night seems like a 30% occupancy would sustain the debt...

The only thing I can think, off the top of my head, is the costs of cleaning, maintaining, and managing the houses would be a lot higher than I regular rental. It also sounds like it would be a huge headache.
