wats up with you, boyee? You workin' again yet?

I had a great day at work. kicked some serious ace. Made like tree fiddy seriously

I did legs today but only hit 155 before my workout partner wanted to move on.

How am I gonna get swollski if I'm hitting 87% bodyweight squats before legpress?

I tweaked my Achilles a couple years ago doing squats.. didn't feel it for like 2 days, but then holy b-jesus. I was ****ed up for months. Better now, but it's prolly 'cause I'm older. You should be aiiight

**** squats...

was on a 5X5 program for awhile there... my legs BLEW THE **** UP... i hated it.

now I'm on the old man. More cardio less weight. though i did chest tris last night.

my back gets a good crunch when i do benchpress so it's good

That happened to me as well, but from running. I had been running 5km 3 or 4 times a week for months.

Then one day I went for a run. Which went fine. No problems afterwards.

Next day. Achilles was a bit sore when I woke up. But fine to walk on. Should be fine for tomorrow's run I'm thinking.

Next day. Hmmm getting sorer.

Next day could barely walk on it.

Was a problem on and off for the next 12 months.

Haven't run since.

It's fine now, but don't want to go through that again.

Haven't watched any of it. You seem to be mistaking me for a real fan, like the brickie.

Hi JustJ, thank you for your post. As usual I don't really understand it, but I still appreciate it

I'm trying to blow these legs up bro, I need the weight it'll bring.

Bench has gotten much better over the years though.

My legs were top quality back in my heyday, really a thing of beauty. Many ladies said so. I wasn't even aware men could have nice legs.

Also, not to pat myself on the back too hard, but my googling skills are tops.

lol @ squatting < 2xs body weight
04-24-2018 , 02:22 PM
The number of people I've actually met who can successfully squat 2x bw regularly without injury is relatively few. That being said, greg probably squats 1.2x bw while drinking 2.1 beers
04-24-2018 , 02:28 PM
I can do a body weight squat on one leg so 2xs body weight would be easy
04-24-2018 , 03:33 PM
Also I only weight 90 lbs
