as a man who purposely avoids drama in my own life, i am very interested in hearing about friends’ drama, because it confirms to me that my decision to be boring continues to be correct

I quite enjoy drama, but all of my relationships are relatively drama free. Sometimes I try and create drama, but it just feels forced.

Abstract

This paper considers the effect of local information constraints in risk sharing networks. We assume individuals only observe the endowment realizations of their neighbors, and bilateral risk-sharing arrangements can only depend on commonly observed information. We derive necessary and sufficient conditions for Pareto efficiency under these constraints in a general setting, and provide an explicit characterization of Pareto efficient arrangements under CARA utilities and normally distributed endowments. With independent endowments, the optimal rule is a local equal-sharing rule. For correlated endowments, the optimal rule relates linearly to a global measure of network centrality. Contrary to other models, individuals with higher centralities are likely to become quasi-insurance providers to more peripheral individuals, attaining more volatile consumption. This framework has important implications for empirical specifications of risk sharing tests. We show that risk-sharing networks generate heterogeneity in insurance opportunities of households that correspond to differences in consumption volatility.

I can't tell if you're insulting my competence or insulting my intelligence or just generally ruing my existence but I don't really have a strong argument against any of those so I'll just return to the shadows ( but not before I say hello nice to see you and I enjoy keeping up with your interesting life cuz I kind of feel I birthed it since visiting me was the wake up call which propelled you to success, best wishes in the future m8 )

The comedian Louis C.K. masturbated in front of two female comics in 2002, the women said. Three others described separate sexual misconduct.

After years of unsubstantiated rumors about Louis C.K. masturbating in front of associates, women are coming forward to describe what they experienced. Even amid the current burst of sexual misconduct accusations against powerful men, the stories about Louis C.K. stand out because he has so few equals in comedy.
