Every morbidly obese person I know drinks regular pop. "Diet doesn't taste the same" is the craziest excuse ever...neither do fries:salad, but as far as diet changes go, diet pop has got to be the easiest.
That was a real eye-opener for her and when she switched to diet, it made a big difference. I mean, she was drinking 48oz of coke a day which is 50lbs of calories a year.
