There are no winners here just losers, and dabble.

Protip: if you have to spend the day naming tumours...dont get food poisoning/stomach flu.

...or schedule time for vomit breaks.

Never been so tempted to frank/tom/larry/joe/Susie/Ur mom
And quit.

Is now the time to buy land in the Caribbean or too soon?

i saw a young lady out in the world today wearing a super short form-fitting dress thigh-high boots and fishnet stockings. she wasn't on webcam or anything. what a time to be alive.

A project just ran into phage problems. More than a couple billion E. Coli wiped out in under an hour. It is a sad day.
09-13-2017 , 04:33 PM
lol oops

RIP E. Coli #9/13 #neverforget

Maybe we can sneak this into the win column?
09-13-2017 , 04:52 PM
Nah, they aren't pathogenic E. Coli. I think their basically laboratory created weak bacteria. Never seen something rip through a ferementer that fast. Pretty impressive really, especially considering a phage is just a protein structure not really a living thing.

a T3/4 bacteriophage? they're technically alive, but only when they're infecting things that are alive

Your phage is a t3/4!
I'm technically alive, but I'll not be infecting anything, living or dead.
09-13-2017 , 05:04 PM
viruses have genetic material onboard, they're definitely more than just protein. how much are they paying you to not know what you're doing? this is probably why you killed 2 billion living organisms today
09-13-2017 , 05:11 PM
El Oh El. They don't pay me nearly enough.

I like how you said "technically alive". How many have you talked to? If icons aren't real, phage are definitely make believe.

we're all just polygons interacting
