I'm a dick like that..so I actually say these things pretty regularly with no shame. I like when other women see me getting away with it and the consequences aren't quite as grave as they imagine.
Also, amplification of other women's points is important. It feels like it should be a part of this conversation.
"I think Susie was really on to something when she said....I'd like to hear more from her about her idea."
