SA, you replace a lot of flappers? Here's what I used https://www.amazon.com/Korky-2001BP-.../dp/B00002N6N4. It's the #1 selling flapper in the US.

1st jerb: relit water heater, and shut off sprinkler system in home at back-flow device, as the pvc waterline outside was shattered.. referred customer to landscaping outfit for that repair

2nd job: installed customer-provided water heater and replaced components on 3 toilets (flappers and stuff)

job 3: relit water heater after removing burner assembly and tinkering around

jerb 4: replaced seat and spring at delta 2-handle tub/ shower valve

2 jobs in lee's summit, one in grain valley, one in independence

7.5 hours including travel time

I've never seen one outside of my bathroom, but I just googled corner toilet and apparently they still make them if I ever want to replace it. More expensive though, so I guess it's a luxury option.
