Ate 15 wings and then had an ice cream shake, then slept 12 hours. GOAT recovery

I've never had a chicken wing, but I will never understand why you don't just take boneless chunks of chicken meat and prepare them the same way?

Same flavour; less mess.

I enjoy the skin and gristle, not to mention sauce to meat ratio goes way up when you leave them in natural form

will never eat again

boneless 'wings' are usually white meat which is drier than dark and meat on the bone is usually more flavorful and tender. that is why bone-in steaks are preferred.

chickens are a very social species, they establish social hierarchy through a pecking order, and have evolved to coexist with dozens of other hens and roosters. but modern humans lock four chickens into a cage so small they can barely move, giving them only enough food and water to make eggs and grow their meaty parts until they're snatched from the cage to be killed. hard to imagine a more miserable life

Either you're not imagining very hard, or you don't realize that being in that cage without a purpose I.e. No eggs/meat is far worse.

capitalism wouldn't lock chickens in cages to starve. their continued suffering serves to profit multimillionaires
02-12-2017 , 03:45 PM
Or they could be extinct like countless other species
02-12-2017 , 04:03 PM
if you want to say cows and chickens are successful as a species, then i don't want to be any part of that kind of success

You can get boneless wings which are essentially this. I'm a slight bone in lean but will eat boneless if on sale or in a situation I'm avoiding a mess. The bone in version is more tender & juicy.
