I learned yesterday that he pho-chimney we have in our main room is hollow and big enough to run vents through so I'm gonna spend the money for wood/gas burning units in both basement and upstairs... good by 8k

Bought a brand new car 2 years ago, didn't get a better price if I were to pay cash. Note that I was in French Canada and that I had corporate discount, ymmv

I look on autotrader. I find the lowest price in a day's drive. And then I get a couple grand off that, locally. You are not paying the same price I do. Much as you'd like to believe you are.

the interior is wood box and drywall lined so it's not an actual chimney, the vent duct needs some clearance between combustible material. So it's like a cover of vent pipes more than a chimney
