they're*

because "they" is a form of "them" and in your sentence your subject is referring to the direct object, which is "them"

Maybe you should stick to Canadian, and leave English to the aussies. I mean once lukeuses the incorrect term out of "there, they're, their" it leaves you with a 50% chance of picking the right one. I think monte hall problem has something to do with why you switched from your original choice. But alas the car was behind your first choice.

That would only apply if Luke knew he was using the wrong one, which clearly he doesn't.

If you want to assume Luke is always using the wrong one, then fine, but you'd just be making an ass out of Ume.

Deer hunting this week. Asked GW to let me try to butcher it myself this year. Like, 100% from field to freezer.

How hard can it be. Skin it, cut the bits you want out, mount the head on your wall, job done.
11-06-2016 , 12:58 PM
Yup. That's exactly, 100%, all there is to it.

Wisski, do you keep the heart or caul fat? I've been reading a lot about them being good, and was thinking about cooking them...but I wondered if theyre worth it? Also...considering trying to preserve the hide. Just for the experience.

White tails I usually process(grind) a majority. I have kept hearts and livers, they're okay just have to prepare hen correctly. IMO the biggest place you can **** it up is initial gutting, if you puncture a bladder or stomach the meat can quickly absorb those flavors.

Cull fat usually doesn't taste good from wild animals, it's also chewier, so I supplement ground venison with yummy pork fat/pork belly. You can forego this but cook carefully as it will become dry and chewy quickly.

Usual white tail split looks like this
120-150lbs total
10 lbs steaks(both back straps and any internal loins the kills shot didn't effect)
30lbs to jerky(yields 10 lbs dry)
30 lbs brats/hot dogs (~4:1 with pork)
30 lbs ground frozen in 2lb packages(4:1 with high fat beef)
20 lbs stew cubes(roast cut trimmings)

Pictures of you chewing the leather or it didn't happen.

No roasts? That's my venison eaters favourite after backstraps and jerky.

This one time, I'm going to use as much as possible. Try making things I haven't before like caul fat wrapped meatballs (picture 1) and heart, osso bucco (picture 2) and I'm gonna try venison ribs once, though my expectations are pretty low on that one.

Hello Friends,

This Tuesday, we will all have the opportunity to vote in perhaps the most important election ever. This is how I believe the election will play out:

I believe the popular vote will be:
HRC: 52%
DJT: 40%
Others: 8%

This would mean Secretary Clinton will become the first person to get 400 electoral college votes since H.W. Bush did in 1988, the first Democrat to receive 400 electoral college votes since LBJ did in 1964, and she will be the first known person to become president who does not have a penis.

I believe the polls shows this as being tighter than it really is. I say this because I believe in the American people.

The election will hinge on North Carolina and Florida early on... even if Donald wins those states, he will be hit in the head when Mrs. Clinton shocks the world by winning Texas.
