Why do you have dimmer lights in the shower? For when you are feeling a little romantic and want to touch yourself?

I actually wasn't planning to, but I kinda like the idea of not having super bright lights while I'm showering, maybe I'm crazy.

Oh I'll probably need a switch for the in floor heat, and a temp setting device.

Yes.
Plan to switch more than you install, but not all from the same place.
Nobody wants a 20-gang switch right inside the door.
Floor controls can be anywhere.
Shower controls/sauna, near the entrance to the shower.
Extra fart fan or two, each with their own switch.

Why 12-2? Unless it's aluminum (which would be a bad idea).

I'm cool with it, but lighting is generally handled on 15A, likewise GFI stuff in a bathroom.

Sub box to outlets/switches is 12-2 switches to three way switches or lights is 14-2. And my entertainment center and fermenter climate controlled box will be 10-2.
