all you need to do is research the number of arrests daily in the US of A.. moreover the number of interactions the police have with the public: arrests/ interactions that don't result in or require arrest. Then contrast that with the infinitesimal number of times the cops kill.

That is if any data is to be believed in this day and age.

They had a press conference where they actually detailed everything. Kind of hard for me to believe that three different independent agencies came up with the same results.

No... they were not told what to say. If they were they would have indicted the cop to make life easier for everybody (but the cop).

Usually they always call for the federal government to overturn some verdict they don't agree about. This time the feds investigated at the same time as the local cops, and the county cops.
