this ****ing internet connection since Tuesday when the tech was here has been unstable.. will show the proper icon in the taskbar for connected internet for a few seconds then get the 'red x' icon meaning no connection then to the yellow triangle 'identifying internet access' icon... then repeat lol

so its totally unacceptable. He came back Thursday and replaced the Gateway/Tower/Modem and same exact thing.. then he dropped off this wireless USB port adapter thing that I attempted to install(no dice).. when he was here yesterday, he didn't have one on him and didn't want to install it for me..

just called his boss minutes ago.. said this **** needs to be resolved satisfactorily next week or we calling the whole thing off.
