Both my prior company and the one I'm with now had released a memo about doing random drug tests.

I've never known ANYONE to get tested. It's gotta be a false face move for some reason. They know there are too many recreational druggies in our industry; if they fired people for failing a drug test there would be nearly no one available to work.

Neither, male oriented talk--ala Howard Stern. In fact our morning show is someone Stern hired when he first went to Sirius/XM, Bubba the Love Sponge. We have events at a local strip club weekly. Good family fun.
