Cha is very helpful to lots of people in the forum, so I will refrain from saying anything too rude. I'm pretty sure he's an engineer and his thought process always stays inside the box.

Also cha is a huge nit wrt any back flexion. I'm not sure what you're referring to but I'm almost certain that the caveot of not squatting deeper is due to poor mobility that will cause a loss of tightness. That notwithstanding I'm pretty sure cha advocates squats to be as deep as possible.
