I've been at 1-2 smaller meals a day, usually eat a salad at like 230pm, and a chicken thing at 8-830pm. I usually go to the gym in the mid day pre first meal. (Not today obv) occasionally forego the midday salad and hold out for dinner, which I did yesterday.
