Some of you may have read my post's in Karak's thread, but me and him went on a diet / lifestyle change together. Since June 10th I have gone from 305 lbs to 220.

Because if this i have a lot of "loose" skin, especially around my stomach area. I am working out, a typical workout for me will involve Bench, Squats, Lat Pull down, Bicep Curls (go ahead and LOL at me), Row, and Dead Lift (usually only 2x a week). I will also do a high intensity run and do an ab workout which consists of inclined sit-ups, crunches, leg-throwdowns, something I dont know what to call but it is when im in a half sit-up position on the incline and twisting, and I'll do ab bridge (more for core).

I'm wondering if you have tips to get rid of this loose skin, as in is there anything else I can do to speed the process or am I just going to have to wait (I'm 23). When I googled I could only find stuff for pregnant women. I feel as though the skin on my arms and chest is tighter, but my stomach, especially the main middle section of my stomach around my bellybutton, is loose and saggy. I do drink a lot, usually at least 3x a week and often having around 10 drinks (I'm still in school). Any tips would be appreciated.

Cliffs:
- I have loose skin after losing 85 lbs
- Tips for exercises or products to help tighten the skin up

Thanks.

Either way I think it's fair to say he's been lacking in judgement as of late.
