They just offer payments via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Delta and UK Based Maestro and Solo cards. For e-wallet users like skrill(moneybookers) if you want to shop at amazon you must apply for mastercard offered by skrill or your e-wallet, imo
