iirc China#1 saturated the market with them which basically made them not worth while to mine for non-China#1 subsidized mining companies. However, since they are now scarce outside China#1 US mining companies have started to mine for them again.*

iirc (same caveats apply) China#1 used a lot of the rare earth metals because they are used in the manufacturing of electronics and since China#1 wanted to export electronics to grow the economy for a long time they subsidized the mining activity of those rare earth metals. It wasn't really a big deal until everyone else stopped mining them and China decided to further their stranglehold on electronics manufacturing by restricting the export of those particular minerals. A WTO suit followed, idk if that's even been resolved yet but in addition to that the principal mine that had previously been mining that **** got back online ... in Montana I think?

1. I was almost homeless
2. I actually went to virginia beach and spent a week there with family friends and almost moved there
3. ended up in an aparmtent in kansas
4. got my router working 4 minutes ago

I am worthless so Iask my families for moneys but then they dont want to give me any moniez.

Number 2 flew southwest into norfolk/va beach area and met up with some friends / relatives spent some time on the beach.
