Mayo's all in equity graph looks like a flaccid penis. Very similar to his actual penis pics.

The fox sports 1 girl from LA (Julia stinkin-binks?) is kinda scary.
08-22-2013 , 09:19 PM
Corned beef is a little more versatile, imo

I think it just depends on my mood really. And the bread if any.

Maybe I'd be more inclined to talk to old people more if engaging them didn't mean I'd suffer through getting talked at for 40 minutes or rudely walking away from them in the middle of ear rape.

What would we ever talk about for so long?
08-22-2013 , 10:13 PM
the popsci book i was thinking of is "automate this" it's not all that good and only sort of addresses the predictive bias problems (and others) you mentioned. i think i confabulated that i read it and it was deeper than it is because because i also read nate silvers book, "dark pools" and a data structures textbook around that same time.

cliffs: read the signal and the noise and read dark pools if you want to read about how completely ****ed market microstructure is because of reg NMS

this may also be more of what you are looking for?

http://www.ted.com/talks/eli_pariser...r_bubbles.html

and his book is called "the filter bubble" but i have not read it

In this instance, the nuances of their daughters nursing program. Specifically, the interaction between the university & hospital, the differences between LPN, RN, BSN, how to double major in Community Health while pursuing a BSN, etc, etc, etc.

Oh right. I actually already have that Silver book on my to read spreadsheet.

story bro time:

I saw Silver on Charlie Rose recently and he was talking about how he was forming his own "team" at his new employer ESPN/ABC to do cool **** for them. I sent him an unsolicited email asking for a job. I've yet to hear back
