Stop that speed ****. The reason I ask is because the more often you squat, the better it greases the groove. A lot of people use that method for getting better at pullups, why not use it for squats?
Greasing the groove is a pretty good explanation of what's going on btw. Grease is the blood and the groove are your tendons. Muscles and tendons repair themselves via bloodflow but the problem is muscles use up the majority of that bloodflow for the recovery and muscle building process. When you're really sore like that, it's typically those tendons that haven't been worked the same way in a couple days. Basically, I recommend you squat more often.
