I'm fine, will probably be quiet today as there a quite few tv crews at the border so the Spaniards will behave. Saying that, they are bringing a warship into the bay.

Well it's all a big ****ty thing from Spain. Basically, we have put concrete blocks in our waters to create an artificial reef to help provide a sustainable environment. The Spanish have decided this has pissed them off because it prevents their fishermen from using illegal nets in our waters so they kicked up a storm at the border, with delays of 6+ hours etc. Note that Spain dropped an artificial reef in their waters which was paid for by the EU and is a good thing. We've paid for ours ourself.
Additionally, the fascist government in Spain have said "the party is over" and want to try put a €50 toll to enter or exit Gibraltar which is totally illegal. They have done repeated incursions into Gibraltar waters with the para-military police and kidnapped people and taken their boats as well as shooting at jetskiers. Now they are bringing military ships into the bay. They have also recently sold 20 fighter jets to Argentina to encourage them to attack the Falklands.
Apparently, despite having over 5000 kilometres of coastline, the Spanish fishermen have decided that the only fish that are available are in a section of the 5km of coastline that we have.
They only fish there because they use nets banned by the EU, so can't fish in their own waters because they will be arrested but think they can do so in ours despite it still being illegal. The problem is our police can't go out and arrest them because the Spanish send an armed para-military patrol boat to protect the fishermen in our waters.
The only reason they are doing this is because their country is falling to pieces, no-one actually wants to be Spanish apart from the Madridistas. They are completely broke, the EU won't bail them out and they need to divert the general public away from the fact that they are basically a 3rd world country now, so they resort to the old bullying tactics and pick a fight with practically the smallest country in the world.

I forgot they want to target Gibraltarians who have houses in Spain and charge them extra tax. They want to prevent flights to and from Gibraltar from crossing Spanish aerospace. They want to cut the phone coverage agreement we had which allowed cheaper roaming charges whilst in Spain and they want to make the gaming industry additional charges if they have servers in Spain, which I think most don't or won't for much longer lol.
They will never be able to enforce the charges and moreover, they are screwing their own people over more than the Gibraltarians. Going to Spain is a convenience and not a necessity, whereas for the people who live in La Linea and other areas in el Campo de Gibraltar, coming to Gibraltar is what provides them with an income and the means to support their families, because around that area there is at least 40% unemployment.
