Pics/vid? Weight is probably too light for one. Without viewing it, I'd say you might be using too much hips or maybe shrugging up? Re: too much hips, learn to moderate them a little bit on low weight I guess. Don't shrug up at all, if anything you "shrug down" and try to get under the bar.
